The location was convenient for accessing

The highway and downtown, but we faced issues with our door keys during check-in. The room wassuper clean and cozy, although breakfast was a bit limited in options. I appreciated the staff's helpfulness, especially after the key problems.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and above average, with hot food and the staff was professional.

The restaurant was reasonably priced, for dinner.

Couldn't recommend more for a relaxing holiday

Clean room, convenient location, the refrigerator and microwave made our stay much easier while enjoying the fitness center and quick access to I25 for exploring the area.

The courtesy and friendliness of the staff was impressive

The lounge/cafe area was very understaffed and I suspect the kitchen was as well due to the fact that the (2 hr) complimentary appetizer buffet was completely gone within the 1st hour and was replenished very very slowly. However, I'm just glad we got a room! Our main disappointment was that when we arrived, the hotel did not have the reservation I made with you the day before! Being the 4th of July weekend we were fortunate to get in at all. It put the hotel in a bad position and caused more work for them, I'm sure, as they will have to contact you about the payment, etc. I am a bit reticent of using your service again because of this.

This hotel was so clean! Everyone was friendly and they even gave us a free glass of wine and free snacks both evenings. The hot tub was large and warm and the bed was very comfortable.

Pleasant hotel, spotlessly clean, top-class staff, location near outlet was favourable. Booked queen room with twin beds. Everything was fine, including freshly prepared and above average breakfast with hot food.

It was affordable, clean, good breakfast and friendly.

The spa and pool were sort of dirty

The air conditioning was ineffective, but the in-room entertainment options were appreciated.

This charming hotel captivated us with its unique southwestern decor and cute ambiance. Huge thanks to Zach, were very good by helping us when our car battery died. Enjoy a delicious breakfast with roasted green chilies, and be sure to ask about local dining gems like Joe's Dining!

The fitness room was very noisy when the treadmill was being used.

Rooms were clean. Atmosphere was nice.

Staff was not very helpful. We did not receive the rooms we requested and were told there was nothing they could do about it. Bedsheets did not fit the beds.

The breakfast was hearty, especially the scrambled eggs, and it was just a short drive to Marty Sanchez Links for some fun family golfing. The staff was super cute.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities at the hotel.
